General Information
• Rent is due on the First of each Month, regardless of the day of the week on which it falls!
• 10% Late Fees begin on the fourth day of the month if it is not paid in full.
• You can leave checks made out to Parker & Associates in the drop box, but always walk cash into the office!
• 2009-2010 Standard Lease Dates: August 13, 2009 - July 31, 2010
• Lock-out fee is $40 after business hours.
• P&A is responsible for maintenance, but Minimum Tenant Charge is $48 for any damage or misuse caused by the tenant(s).
• If your lease does not allow for a pet, remember that your security deposit will be forfeited if you break your agreement and the pet must be removed from the premises immediately. If you would like to get a pet, please check with the office prior to doing so and fill out the appropriate paperwork.
• You cannot terminate your lease early. If your situation changes, please let us know and we will be happy to accommodate a sub-leaser!
