Ken
Ken co-founded Parker & Associates with his wife Susan in 1988. Ken graduated from Georgia Tech in 1980 with a degree in Chemical Engineering and worked with a major oil company for a few years before moving to Athens. He attended graduate school at UGA and received his MBA in 1987. While attending graduate school Ken and Susan bought their first condo to live in. Upon graduation they decided Athens was a great place to raise their family and, by the way, the town needed a real estate company specializing in condominium and property management.
Bud
Bud has lived in the Athens area for over 30 years. He has his B.S degree in Industrial Technology with a concentration in Building Construction from the University of Wisconsin. He previously worked in the Construction Engineering industry for 11 years, and most recently managed multiple telecommunication repair & logistical facilities in Georgia and Tennessee. He joined Parker & Associates as the Operations Manager in 2007. Bud is also a licensed Realtor.
Angie
Angie is a native of Oconee County and is knowledgeable about the Athens area. Upon graduating from Georgia Military College in Milledgeville with a degree in Business, Angie pursued a career in real estate. She received her Georgia real estate license in October 2000 and began working in the real estate field in Athens. She completed the Broker course in March 2010 and is now an Associate Broker. She joined the Parker & Associates team in December 2002 and has specialized in Association Management with the firm. Angie and her husband Clay currently reside on the Eastside of Athens and just recently adopted two puppies (Tango & Cash) from the Athens Area Animal Shelter.
Colby
Colby is originally from Brunswick, GA. He moved to Athens in late 2008 to be near to his fiancé Alexa. Colby graduated from Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management. He and Alexa were married in May of 2009. They live in Athens with their two dogs Webster and Joey. Alexa is finishing up her degree in Public Relations from the University of Georgia, while remaining heavily involved with the Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind. Colby has been with Parker and Associates since April of 2009.
Ashley
Ashley is a new transplant to Athens, GA. She moved to Athens last fall in search of warm weather. Originally from Michigan, Georgia has been a definite change of life for her. She has a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from Saginaw Valley State University in Michigan. After moving to Georgia she found a job at Parker & Associates in the Leasing Department in September 2008. She is currently one of the two leasing agents at the Woodlands of Athens property. She also lives on the Eastside of Athens with her fiancé Erich and their pup Tucker.
