Company History

Parker & Associates was founded in 1988 by Ken and Susan Parker with the purpose of bringing professional property management to the student condominium market. Since that time Parker & Associates has grown to manage over 58 Condominium and Homeowners Associations, 50 commercial spaces, and nearly 900 individual units including apartments, houses and duplexes.

Although we are licensed real estate brokers, our main business is property management. We provide full service property management including tenant screening, maintenance services, and complete accounting. Our goal is to improve your investment property and remove all of the headaches of ownership.

Since each property is unique our management services are individually tailored. Special situations are welcomed.
